Our Anxiety Essential Oil contains three essential oils which are used to help relieve anxiety and stress.

Lavender - Lavender oil is said to soothe headaches, migraines and motion sickness when applied to the temples. It is frequently used as an aid to sleep and relaxation.

Bergamot - Components of bergamot oil, like alpha-pinene, and limonene, are antidepressant and stimulating in nature. Among many benefits, they create a feeling of freshness, joy, and energy in cases of sadness and depression by improving the circulation of the blood. 

Ylang Ylang - Health benefits include but are not limited to: Helps lower blood pressure, induces relaxed feeling, strengthens nervous system, helps combat internal infections, fights depression and is said to increase libido.

How To Use:
Using a roller ball is one of the most convenient and effective ways to get the most out of Essential Oils. This is because they can be used directly on to your skin for maximum effect.

All our roller balls are made up of 100% pure Essential Oils, but have been diluted in Grapeseed oil. Grapeseed oil is widely used in cosmetic products as it acts as an able moisturizer, balancing both the dry and oily patches on your skin.  It is high in vitamins C, D and E, which acts as a wonderful emollient, helping to reduce wrinkles and stretch marks.

To get the most out our roller balls we advise rolling these on to the pulse points. The temple, neck & wrists are all the best areas to roll on.
